Maurice Maxie is a PE-focused HR & Operations transformation executive and the Founder of Identity to Impact Consulting. With 15+ years building, integrating, and scaling people functions for high-growth technology companies and private equity-backed organizations, he has become the advisor leaders call when the stakes are highest; at the close of a deal, through a post-merger integration, or when a company has outgrown its informal people infrastructure and needs to build something that actually works at scale.
Over the course of his career, Maurice has served in senior HR and operations leadership roles at Personify Health (formerly Virgin Pulse), Honeywell, and athenahealth, and today serves as a Consultant, HR Transformation at Korn Ferry. At Personify Health, he led global HR strategy and people operations for a 3,000+ employee organization through post-merger integration: delivering a improvement in HR operating efficiency, vendor portfolio rationalization, and board-level workforce analytics that translated people decisions into financial outcomes PE investors could act on. That combination of rigorous systems thinking, disciplined execution, and people strategy connected directly to business performance defines how he works.

Beyond his consulting practice, Maurice brings his expertise to the communities and institutions that shape the next generation of leaders. He has served on the United Way of Greater Atlanta’s Board of Directors, Emory University’s Board of Visitors, and the Georgia Department of Education’s Computer Science Advisory Council, and holds leadership roles with The Posse Foundation and Fenway Health. Maurice holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Management from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wofford College, a combination that informs both his analytical rigor and his deep understanding of the human dynamics that drive lasting organizational change.
